1. Introduction

Welcome to Zera. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zera mobile application and related services ("App") provided by Yaves LTD for language learning through voice rooms. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years old to use Zera. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use is permitted by the laws that apply to you.

3. Registration and Account

To use the App, you may need to create an account using your email or a supported third-party login such as Google, Apple, or Facebook.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your profile and settings up to date.

4. How the App Works

Zera offers live voice rooms and features to help you practice languages with others. You may join rooms, speak and listen in real time, and use profile and discovery options such as language, country, or other available preferences. Supported content types may include text, images, voice, and profile information shared in connection with voice rooms and language practice. Some profile customization, discovery, subscription, or premium features may require points, payment, or an active subscription.

5. Content Guidelines and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App to share, upload, request, promote, or engage in:

• Sexual, explicit, exploitative, or semi-sexual content
• Harassment, threats, bullying, stalking, or intimidation
• Hate speech, discrimination, or abusive conduct
• Religious or politically sensitive content that targets, provokes, or harasses others
• Impersonation, misleading profiles, scams, fraud, or deceptive conduct
• Spam, unsolicited promotions, automated activity, or attempts to manipulate the service
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• Any illegal, unsafe, harmful, or unauthorized activity

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, ban users, or take other action when we believe these rules or applicable laws have been violated.

6. Blocking, Reporting, and Moderation

You may block users and report profiles, names, bios, photos, in-room behavior, or other content that violates our rules. We may review reports, use automated or manual moderation, preserve relevant records, and take action at our discretion to protect users and the service.

7. Subscriptions, Points, and Payments

Zera may offer a free tier, optional paid subscriptions, points, and in-app purchases such as profile customization, discovery features, gifting, or other premium features.

Prices, renewal terms, billing periods, cancellation options, and taxes are shown before purchase through the applicable app store or payment provider.

Purchases are handled by the applicable app store or payment provider and are subject to their payment terms. Refunds are provided only where required by law or by the applicable app store policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to features if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users or the App, or broke applicable law. You may delete your account from within the app where that option is available.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, features, trademarks, and related content, is owned by Yaves LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App except as allowed by law or these Terms.

10. User Content

You keep ownership of content you submit to the App, but you grant Zera a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, transmit, moderate, remove, and otherwise process that content as needed to operate, improve, protect, and provide the App.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

Zera is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

We are not responsible for user behavior or user content in voice rooms, or for the quality or outcome of language practice. You use the App at your own risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service, without regard to conflict of law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence may still apply.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App or on our website. Continued use of Zera after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
